Acceptance

By creating an account you expressly accept these terms (checkbox at registration). Later use of the service confirms acceptance. Proof (document version, timestamp, IP and user agent) is kept as described in the privacy notice.

Service description

Nicoelsoft provides sports video analysis software and related services, including Video Analyst.

User account

You are responsible for the security of your account and activity under it.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the services lawfully and respectfully.

Intellectual property

All content and software are owned by Nicoelsoft and protected by copyright.

Privacy

Processing of your account data is described in the privacy notice.

Local videos and synced data

Analysis videos stay on your computer or device and are not sent to Nicoelsoft. On those videos Nicoelsoft is not a processor.

If you sync with the server player photos or team logos, you are the controller of that data (or you act for the controller, for example the club). Nicoelsoft processes it only as a processor. Before sync you must have a legal basis; for minor athletes in the photos the basis is yours. The Article 28 appointment is accepted at registration and prevails over these terms for that processing. Nicoelsoft does not verify the age of people in the photos.

The service is not a tool for medical records or biometric identification. Do not sync special-category data unless an Article 9 GDPR condition applies.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of our services.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.

Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you by email.
